In 2022 we began a long-term partnership with Glassbiller, a company centered around Auto Glass Enterprise Software for businesses.
We built their design system from the ground-up, and tackled a number of products (Glassbiller Job Board, Techside, and Lightning Capital).
We always take a UX-first approach with our clients, and that includes user research. We produced personas, user journey maps, and competitive analysis for our client from our baseline research with their own clientele base. This research was fundamental in informing our future-state approach with any redesigns, and especially in understanding the current-state.
As Glassbiller's partnered design studio, we were able to not only assist in full product redesigns, but also individual feature updates across the board.
